VNA FLU SHOT INFORMATION

Keep your employees healthy and happy

Schedule a VNA On-Site Corporate Seasonal Flu Shot Clinic

• 25 shot minimum.  If your organization does not have enough staff to meet the minimum, you may coordinate with another company and offer a joint clinic.

Three immunizations are available:

• Flu Shot - $25 per immunization
• Adacel-Tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis (whooping cough) - $35 per immunization
• Pneumonia - $50 per immunization

Your organization provides:

• Tables and chairs

VNA provides:

• All vaccine and supplies
• A registered nurse to administer the shots
• A clerk to handle the paperwork and take money

Employees usually pay for their own shots (by cash or check made payable to VNA of Fox Valley); some companies choose to pay for their employees' immunizations, offering them as an employment benefit.
