VNA HOME HEALTH SERVICES
Providing exceptional care with compassion
VNA's registered nurses provide:
- Assessment of health status
- Medication oversight
- Coordination of care giver
- Referral/linkage with other provider(s)
VNA nurse specialties include:
- Home Infusion (IV) Therapy –
antibiotic and hydration therapy, total parenteral nutrition, pain management and chemotherapy
- Wound Care (Enterostomal Therapy) –
Special care for ostomies, wounds, incisions, pressure ulcers and incontinence
- Mother, Baby & Pediatric Care –
pre- and post-natal care for high-risk pregnancies and high-risk pediatrics
- Advanced Nurse Practice Service –
collaborative physician/nurse care where nurses evaluate, assess, diagnose and treat patients, providing prescriptions when needed
- Mental & Behavioral Healthcare –
psychiatric, emotional and substance abuse assessments and interventions
- Palliative Care –
medical, psychosocial, emotional and spiritual support for those and families of those in the final stages of illness
VNA rehabilitative therapies include:

- Nutrition assessment
- Meal planning
